Located in the Cantera Corporate Center, the exterior walls of this 2-story, build-to-suit office building are tan, load-bearing, architectural precast concrete panels of varying degrees of sandblasted texture. Two horizontal rows of insulated glass are broken up by precast pilasters and a continuous cornice profile crowns the parapet on all four elevations.

The lobby is adorned with stone flooring and maple wall panels with horizontal metallic accent inlays. It is downlit by two identical pendant fixtures installed at the ten and a half feet high portion of the lobby ceiling. In addition, an eight and a half feet high light trough, which provides indirect ambient light, encircles the higher portion of the lobby ceiling.
