Building #1 is the Midwest regional headquarters for CDS Moving Equipment. Drive-in doors and a depressed loading dock serve the 29,530 square feet warehouse. Adjacent precast wall panels have been designed to be retrofitted for future dock door and second story window openings if desired. The facility’s remaining 2,600 square feet is devoted to office area.
Building #2 serves as the company headquarters for Boyer-Rosene, an agent to Bekins Van Lines’ vast network of moving companies. A depressed loading dock and drive-in doors serve the 19,330 square feet of warehouse area. The facility’s remaining 10,950 square feet is devoted to two of floors office area.
