Located in the Continental Executive Park, this single-story building was designed to serve as Heidbreder Building Group’s headquarters. Three separate entrances, accentuated by gables, allow for up to two additional speculative tenants. A service drive and two drive-in doors located along the rear of the building, and an eighteen feet clear height to the bottom of the roof structure’s bar joists provide multi-use occupancy options.
Since the client’s business is primarily home remodeling and renovations, the desire was to give the building more of a residential look. The walls are reinforced composite masonry faced with modular-sized bricks and cast stone. A shingled mansard roof, which effectively hides the building’s rooftop mechanical equipment, is broken up by the aforementioned gables as well as dormers. In addition, a faux chimney and a cupola balance the asymmetric front facade.
